Chapter 3, Mishna 1 If a Jew possesses leavened bread mixed with other things or dough that hardened before it became bread (or that is used for something like glue) during Passover, what is the penalty? It’s not the same as possessing full-fledged leavened bread, even according to Torah law. As the Sages debate this point, they show that women are obligated to eat matzah on the first night even though this is a time-bound positive commandment (from which women are usually exempt).
