Men not permitted to shave certain parts of body because it’s like putting on a women’s garment. Cross dressing prohibition depends on local custom of what men & women wear, as well as intent of the wearer. Two nazirim, one became impure but they don’t know which, but one died. Impossible to do procedure where they both bring offerings etc. Solution: find somebody else to become nazir. But how would nazir get someone else to do it? There’s a different procedure: surviving nazir brings offerings in stages to cover bases. Double case of uncertainty: is he impure as a nazir, is he a metzora? How can fulfill shaving obligations?
