Is it true that a blemished animal is like unallocated funds? Rava challenges this with a baraisa. Animal or money set aside for sin offering must be used to atone for that particular person and purpose. Son may not use animal separated by father for his nazirus offering. A blemished animal, however, can only be sold and used to purchase other offerings, so it’s like unallocated funds. Husband can’t nullify wife’s vow after animal slaughtered. But even after she’s started the sacrificial process, she hasn’t shaved her head,so  the husband can nullify her vow because he doesn’t want a bald or downcast wife. Husband can only nullify her vow if it affects him.
