Chapter 6, Mishna 1
Not only does slaughtering the Paschal lamb override Shabbos (when Passover begins saturday night) but so do other associated practices like cleaning out the intestines. From there the Sages make a nifty digression to discussing the Messianic Age, specifically whether the physical laws of this world, the sun and the moon will remain the same in the World To Come. They also ask whether one is permitted, and even obligated, to desist from Torah study on a holiday in order to fulfill the mitzva, commandment, of rejoicing via eating and drinking.
